Viña Echeverria "Propuesta" Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

A balanced and restrained take on Cabernet from one of our favorite producers in Chile. The fruit is picked a little earlier than typical in the southern Hemisphere, resulting in great energy and acidity, along with hints of herbal spice and mouthwater dark red fruit flavors.
