Gerard completes two harvests in the parcels that go into this exquisite Condrieu: one for acidity and minerality, one for fruit and body. To further create a sense of balance, a portion of the wine in aged in steel to preserve freshness. Still, though, this is Viogner, so expect a lush, hedonistic experience in the glass.
