Return Policy

“Corked or otherwise defective ” wine may be returned for replacement or refund accompanied by the original purchase receipt dated within 30 days.  Bottles must be (near) full and otherwise undamaged.  Please call our order department at 609-924-0039 or send an e-mail to orders@coolvines.com immediately.

We will also accept returns on purchases that meet the following conditions: 

Unopened, undamaged merchandise
Purchases of 12 bottles or $150 or more
Credit is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Accompanied by original purchase receipt dated within 7 days.
Items must be items that we currently or normally stock, i.e. no special orders.
Customer is responsible for returning goods to the store.

Note: “undamaged” is defined as bottles that have not been subjected to any conditions that would render them unsalable, including but not limited to being chilled, soaked, opened, or having labels scratched or peeled.

While this is our formal policy, we want you to be happy with every bottle you buy from us.  If for any reason you are not, we encourage you to let us know, and give us the opportunity to replace it with something that will delight you.
