Sourced from three different vineyards located in Mendocino, Napa, and Suisun Counties, the blend of these grapes give life to Cruse Wine Monkey Jacket. 20% of the blend was whole cluster fermented in concrete and then pressed into older french oak barrels. The wine has notes of raspberry tart, bramble and grilled meat.
