A tiny co-operative of like-minded growers who farm biodynamically produce this exquisite example of an Abruzzese speciality. Cerasuolo, or the "cherry-like" wine isn't quite a rose, nor is it quite a light red. It is, however, a perfect companion to late-summer fare like roasted corn, tomatoes and tacos.
