Refund policy

“Corked or otherwise defective ” wine may be returned for replacement or refund accompanied by the original purchase receipt dated within 30 days.  Bottles must be near-full and otherwise undamaged.  

 

We will also accept returns of unopened, undamaged* merchandise of stock items (no special order items), returned to the store within 7 days, with original receipt.  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.

 

  * “undamaged” is defined as bottles that have not been subjected to any conditions that would render them unsalable, including but not limited to being chilled, soaked, opened, or having labels scratched or peeled.

 

While this is our formal policy, we want you to be happy with every bottle you buy from us.  If for any reason you are not, we encourage you to let us know, and give us the opportunity to replace it with something that will delight you.
