The Zaro vineyards occupy part of a south facing amphitheater. In the center is the hill known as Pivol, from which the wine takes its name. This wine is the singular representation of Zaro and the appellation of Izola. A distinctly Adriatic wine, ripe and fresh with alpine and seaside notes in parallel. Suited to bold and sanguine flavors from land or sea.
