Martin and Anna Arndorfer are not your typical Austrian Winemakers. They love to experiment and the limits against winemaking. The Anina Verde is a skin-fermented white wine. Arndorfer takes the juice of Gruner Veltliner and ferments it with Riesling skins. The wine is unfiltered with minimal use of sulfur. The wine is dry with notes of pear, lemon, melon, peach, white flowers, and flint.
