A delicious Cava produced from organically-farmed grapes. There is 6 grams per liter of dosage here, aged for 20 months on the lees before disgorgement. The blend is 60 percent Macabeo, 25 percent Xarello and 15 percent Parellada, imparting freshness from the high altitude vineyards.
