The naturally-styled Aligote is bottled without sulfur. Though only aged in stainless steel, this is not your average simple, sharp Aligote. There is impeccable texture here (thanks to the vines position near the village of Meursault), along with delicate orchard fruit, white flowers and tons of minerality.
