Boyd & Blair only uses locally grown Pennsylvania potatoes for their vodka. The slight natural sweetness and creamy viscosity inherent to the potato meets mid-palate flavors of cocoa bean, maple and honey. The aftertaste is graceful, solid and simply delicious.
