Located outside the town of Sonoma, Hanzell Vineyards has been the source of innovation since the 50's. They were the pioneers of barrel aging, maloactic fermentation, and use of inert gases, and anaerobic winemaking. Their chardonnay has notes of green pear, green apple, white flowers and goes great with rich, buttery chicken or fish dishes.
